Laurel, MD. (March 13, 2017) – Revere Bank Co-President and CEO Ken Cook recently attended the annual Maryland Bankers Association’s (MBA) Day in Annapolis with more than 180 bankers from across the state. MBA Day allows local bankers to learn about the state’s legislative process while networking with lawmakers. The event featured guest speakers including senators, delegates and bankers from across the state and attendees were encouraged to meet with their districts’ senators and delegates. In his role as chair of the MBA’s Government Relations Committee, Cook was one of the few bank executives in attendance who had the opportunity to meet with Speaker Mike Busch and Senate President Mike Miller. Ken Cook currently serves as Vice Chairman on the MBA’s Board of Directors. For more information on the Maryland Bankers Association, visit www.mdbankers.com.
