Revere Bank Participates in Prince George’s County Affordable Housing Ground Breaking

Laurel, Md. (December 19, 2016) — Thanks to Revere Bank, Columbia Run Townhomes is under construction. The housing development is part of Prince George’s County’s Transforming Neighborhood Initiatives program, which provides first-time homebuyers with affordable housing.

Columbia Run Townhomes includes 63 townhomes in Oxon Hill, Md. The development will help provide improved housing for the existing local community as well as housing for workers moving to the region as a result of the recent influx of jobs created during the development and expansion of National Harbor.

Revere Bank Senior Vice President, Michael Schonfeld, worked to provide the development and construction financing for the project and Revere Commercial Banking Officer, Jared Balsbaugh, attended the November 18 ground-breaking event along with various government officials, press, local firemen and police officers and other individuals involved with the project.
