Revere Bank Employees Graduate from Maryland Bankers Association’s Emerging Leaders “Champion” Program

Revere Bank employees, Greg Baggan, Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager, and Megan Wankel, Branch Officer and Community Office Manager, graduated from the 2018 Maryland Bankers Association’s (MBA) Emerging Leaders “Champion” Program on October 18.

Baggan and Wankel completed this one-year program for bankers interested in furthering their careers and heightening their engagement in and understanding of the Maryland banking industry. The program includes access to seasoned industry leaders, participation in “Learn About MBA Day,” government relations and MBA professional development events, community service projects and more.

MBA’s Emerging Leaders Program provides opportunities for education, networking and leadership development. By actively engaging the next generation of leaders, the “Champions” program proactively supports a broader, more diverse group of leaders who can make better banking decisions. Champions will become more involved in the industry by becoming experts in the full offerings of the MBA and engaging in leadership development, peer networking, industry education and advocacy.
