Partnerships that Matter: Building Lasting Relationships

A small business’ relationship with its banker is one of the most vital to its success. Steve Landsman, founder and president of Abaris Realty, knows this first-hand. He has been working with some members of the Revere team for more than three decades and relies on this important relationship for the success of his company.

“I’ve known some of the Revere lenders for over 30 years,” said Landsman. “They provide wonderful support for our business and our clients.  I’ve always had a great working relationship with them, and I look forward to continuing it in the future.”

Abaris Realty has been in the Washington, D.C. area since 1976 when Landsman was given the opportunity to manage his first property. Today, the company manages more than 160 communities serving over 50,000 residents and is the highest rated property management company online.

“My goal for the company is to provide fiscally prudent and transparent services for my clients,” added Landsman. “Often times it’s necessary to borrow money from a local bank— and that’s where Revere comes in.”

Landsman has faced challenges working with other, non-local banks, but is always happy to refer his clients and network to Revere.

“I’m very satisfied with Revere’s services and often recommend them to my clients. They’ve always been very responsive and accurate. I trust them,” said Landsman.

At Revere Bank, our partnerships put businesses on the fast track to success. We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with local businesses to help improve the economies and communities of our customers and employees.
