Mr. Fallon is the CEO of PBS39, the local non-commercial public media station for the Greater Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fallon is also a venture capitalist, serving as Managing Member of the Conserere Family of Funds and the Colligo Partnerships. He is also an outside director for ESSA Bank and Trust (NASDAQ: ESSA) in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Previously, Mr. Fallon was a Founding Director for Team Capital Bank, a regional PA and NJ bank that was sold to Provident Bank of NJ in 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Fallon was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Holiday Hair, Inc., a privately owned chain of over 200 hair salons in the Middle Atlantic States. From 2000 to 2004, he was a director of Lafayette Ambassador Bank in Easton, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fallon has served in active leadership roles as President of the Board for the Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America; Chairman of the Board for PBS39; Chairman of the Board for Valley Youth House; Chairman of the Board for the Lehigh County Historical Society; National Chair for the Young Alumni Fund of the Johns Hopkins University; and a trustee for the Kutztown University Foundation. Mr. Fallon graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in political science and a master’s degree in administrative science with a management concentration.
