Andrew F. Flott
Mr. Flott is Chief Executive Officer of Revere Bank. He is a seasoned banker with over 29 years of community banking experience. Before joining Revere Bank, Mr. Flott spent nine years as executive vice president, chief financial officer, chief administrative officer and corporate secretary of Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mr. Flott has also served as an executive officer of the Bank of Northern Virginia, Maryland Permanent Bank, and First Interstate Bank of Washington, DC. Prior to commencing his career in banking, Mr. Flott worked for the United States Treasury Department.
He currently serves on the Howard General Hospital Foundation. He is the chair of the Prince George’s District of the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and sits on the board of the National Capital Area Chapter. Mr. Flott is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and the Bethesda Kiwanis Foundation. He graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin with a controllership degree
