Andrew F. Flott

Andrew F. Flott

Mr. Flott is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Revere Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. Flott is a seasoned banker with over 24 years of experience. Before joining the management team for Revere Bank, Mr. Flott spent nine years as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mr. Flott has also served as an executive officer of the Bank of Northern Virginia, Maryland Permanent Bank and First Interstate Bank of Washington, D.C. Prior to commencing his career in banking, Mr. Flott worked for the United States Treasury Department. He is on the Citizens Advisory Board of the John Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescence. Mr. Flott is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and immediate past president of the Bethesda Kiwanis Foundation. Mr. Flott graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin with a Controllership Degree.

Mr. Zelenak is Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of Revere Bank. Mr. Zelenak is an experienced commercial banker with a career spanning over 25 years. Mr. Zelenak comes to us from Provident Bank in Baltimore where he managed a middle market commercial banking portfolio. Mr. Zelenak serves on the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce and is the Treasurer of the Howard County Striders, Inc. Mr. Zelenak graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and earned his Master's of Business Administration from Rider University. He is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Howard County.

John M. Bruning

John M. Bruning

Mr. Bruning is Senior Vice President and Senior Deposit Officer of Revere Bank. Mr. Bruning has an extensive banking career that spans over 31 years. Mr. Bruning comes to us from Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Branch Operations Director in which he supervised a network of 32 branches. Mr. Bruning serves on the board of the Laurel Board of Trade and the board of Burtonsville Lacrosse-Burtonsville Athletic Association. He coaches various youth sports within the local community. He is a past member of the Potomac Chamber Board, the Olney Jaycees and the YMCA Partner for Youth Campaign. Mr. Bruning is a graduate of The Maryland Bankers School at the University of Maryland and is an honors graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.

Ralph F. Ebbenhouse

Ralph F. Ebbenhouse

Mr. Ebbenhouse is Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer of Revere Bank. Mr. Ebbenhouse has over 30 years experience in banking and was most recently the Senior Lending Officer with County National Bank. He is a graduate of the American Banker's Association undergraduate and graduate Schools of Commercial Lending. Mr. Ebbenhouse serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of The Annapolis Roads Property Owners Association and is actively involved with the Annapolis Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, a leader in wetlands conservation. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Vocational Services, Inc., a non-profit organization, providing support services to developmentally disabled adults. Mr. Ebbenhouse graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master's of Administrative Science from the Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Gordon is Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer of Revere Bank. Mr. Gordon has over 20 years banking experience most recently as a Vice President of Business Banking with PNC Bank. Mr. Gordon's career began with Suburban Trust Bank in the management program which included extensive commercial and residential lending training. He rose to Regional Manager of Howard County for NationsBank as they became Bank of America. He spent nine years with Mercantile Potomac Bank running the Potomac market prior to the merger with PNC Bank. Mr. Gordon is a current member of the Potomac Kiwanis group since 2006 and has been a member or the Rockville and Potomac Chamber of Commerce for the past nine years.

Michael J. Haloskey

Mr. Haloskey is Vice President and Commercial Business Development Officer of Revere Bank. Mr. Haloskey has an extensive banking career that spans over 27 years. Mr. Haloskey comes to us from Citizens National Bank of Laurel, Maryland, where he held the position of Business Development Officer. His career began at the Bank of Baltimore where he spent 16 years managing branches before accepting positions of Sales Leader and Business Development Officer with Crestar Bank. Mr. Haloskey is the president of the South River International's, a local golf association and is a current member of the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Haloskey is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Ms. Fleming is Vice President and Senior Operations Officer of Revere Bank. Ms. Fleming has over 30 years of progressive banking and management experience. Ms. Fleming comes to us from Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland where she held the position of Finance Division Manager and Chief Administrative Officer. Her responsibilities included risk management, human resources, facilities, strategic planning, compliance, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, security, loan servicing, and finance. Ms. Fleming graduated from Radford College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Carrie A. Quinn

Ms. Quinn is Vice President and Senior Financial Officer of Revere Bank. Ms. Quinn has over six years of community banking experience. She comes to us from Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland where she held the position of Affiliate Financial Officer. She has experience as a member and interim chair of the Mercantile Potomac Bank Asset Liability Management Committee. Ms. Quinn graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is currently attending the Robert H. Smith Graduate School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Melinda Babson

Ms. Babson is Vice President and Loan Administration Officer of Revere Bank. Ms. Babson has over 20 years of community banking experience. She previously worked at three other DeNovo (start-up) banks in the Washington area where she setup and managed loan administration and loan operations. She is involved with Rebuilding Together of Anne Arundel County. Ms. Babson graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Compliance School.

Ms. White is Assistant Vice President and Community Office Manager for Revere Bank. Ms. White has over 18 years of branch banking experience. She comes to us from PNC, formerly Citizens National Bank, where she served Laurel for the past three years as a Branch Manager. Ms. White has served on the West Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is a member of the Baltimore Washington Chamber of Commerce Women in Business and has served on the board of Mt. Zion Christian Preschool and the Worship Committee of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Highland, Maryland.
