Mr. Cecil is a founder and managing partner of the law firm McGowan, Cecil & Smathers, LLC, which represents plaintiffs in personal injury law. He was recognized in Baltimore Magazine, April 2003, as a "Top Lawyer." Mr. Cecil serves as the Chair for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association's Torts Section. He is a former Assistant State's Attorney for the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney Office. Mr. Cecil serves as President of the Cecil Historical District, Inc., a non-profit organization in St. Mary's County. Mr. Cecil graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Mr. Collins is President of Legend Builders, Inc., Burtonsville, Maryland. He has been in the building and development profession since 1986. Mr. Collins has extensive experience with real estate ranging from single family construction, commercial construction and development to rehabilitation of turn of the century buildings. From 1983 to 1986, Mr. Collins was a Prince George's County building inspector. Mr. Collins is nationally certified in Building Officials and Code Administration and the Council of American Building Officials. Mr. Collins attended the University of Maryland with emphasis on Architectural Engineering, Drafting, Construction Management and Business.

Mr. Fallon is also a venture capitalist, President & CEO of TSF Consulting, Principal in BankXPro and Partner in Chateau Haut Musiel LLC. He is also a Director for Team Capital Bank in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Previously Mr. Fallon was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Holiday Hair, Inc., a privately owned chain of over 150 hair salons in the Middle Atlantic States. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Fallon was a Director of Lafayette Ambassador Bank in Easton Pennsylvania. Mr. Fallon serves in active leadership roles as President of the Board for the Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America; Chairman for WLVT – PBS39; Chairman for Valley Youth House; Chairman for the Lehigh County Historical Society; National Chair for the Young Alumni Fund of the Johns Hopkins University; and a Trustee for Kutztown University Foundation. Mr. Fallon graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Administrative Science with a Management Concentration.

Mr. Flott is President and CEO of Revere Bank. Mr. Flott is a seasoned banker with over twenty-four years of community banking experience. Before joining Revere Bank, Mr. Flott spent nine years as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mr. Flott has also served as an executive officer of the Bank of Northern Virginia, Maryland Permanent Bank and First Interstate Bank of Washington, D.C. Prior to commencing his career in banking, Mr. Flott worked for the United States Treasury Department. He currently serves on the Laurel Regional Hospital Foundation Board and the Citizens Advisory Board of the John Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescence. He is the Deputy Chair for Finance of the Enterprise District of the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Flott is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and the Bethesda Kiwanis Foundation. Mr. Flott graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin with a Controllership Degree.

Mr. Hayes is a Principal of Decatur Partners of Chevy Chase, Maryland. Mr. Hayes has twenty-seven years of experience in the legal information industry and twenty-five years experience as CEO. He founded CourtEXPRESS in 1981 and built the company with multiple offices in Washington, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Richmond and Frederick, Maryland. CourtEXPRESS was acquired in May 2005 by the Thomson Corporation. Mr. Hayes is currently a Chair with Vistage International, the world's largest CEO membership organization. He is also a member of the Loyola Executive Society of St. Joseph's University. Mr. Hayes graduated from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics.

Mr. Hooper is a managing member of MJR LLC, the general partner of First BanCapital Fund I, LP. He is also a managing member of MJR Financial Group, L.L.C., the manager of the Fund. Mr. Hooper has over twenty years of private industry and banking experience. From 1996 until 2000, Mr. Hooper served as the Chief Financial Officer of STC Technologies, a privately held life science company in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. During 2001, Mr. Hooper served as the Chief Financial Officer of Orasure Technologies, Inc. From 2001 until 2005, Mr. Hooper served as the Vice President – Finance of Orasure Technologies, Inc. During 2005, Mr. Hooper served as a consultant to Team Capital Bank, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. From 1993 until 1996, Mr. Hooper served as a Vice President of Corporate Lending for PNC Bank in Allentown, Pennsylvania. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Hooper was a Corporate Lending Officer with First Valley Bank. Mr. Hooper graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He earned his Master's degree of Business Administration from Lehigh University.

Mr. Lemek founded Lemek, LLC in 1998. Lemek, LLC is the franchisee for Panera Bread bakery-cafes in the state of Maryland. Lemek, LLC currently owns and operates 37 locations. As part of Panera Bread's Operation Dough-Nation Program®, Lemek, LLC has helped hundreds of local non-profit organizations in the Maryland community through donations of freshly-baked goods, gift certificates and cash sponsorships. Mr. Lemek started his career in 1986 at Davenport Bank and Trust Co., the largest commercial bank in Iowa. He held various positions at the bank until its sale in 1992 to Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Lemek went on to become a partner and retail stockbroker with Beyer & Co., a local Davenport, Iowa, firm. In 1998, after forming Lemek, LLC, Mr. Lemek moved his family from Bettendorf, Iowa, to Chevy Chase, MD. Mr. Lemek graduated from St. Ambrose College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.

Dr. McCarl is President of McCarl Dental Group in Greenbelt and Millersville, Maryland. Dr. McCarl is currently a member of the Anne Arundel County Dental Society, the Maryland State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Society. Dr. McCarl served as a member of the 2004 Dean Search Committee for the University of Maryland Dental School and is currently a part-time faculty member at the Dental School. He served as the chair of the Severn School Annual Development Fund and as a lay leader for the Severna Park United Park Methodist Church. He is currently active with the University of Maryland Terrapin Club and Alumni Association. Dr. McCarl graduated from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts and received his Doctorate of Dental Science from the University of Maryland Dental School.

Ms. O'Meara is President and founder of O'Meara Properties, a real estate brokerage, development, and management firm. She has extensive experience with commercial property and is a licensed real estate broker. Ms. O'Meara is an owner of Reliable Contracting Company and an officer of related companies. Ms. O'Meara currently serves on the Board of the Anne Arundel Medical Center and on the Board of Partners in Care. Ms. O'Meara previously served on the Board of Archbishop Spalding High School, the Anne Arundel County Chapter of the United Way, the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Task Force for United Way of Central Maryland, and on the County Executive's Task Force on Child Care. She served as County Legislative Chair for the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors (AACAR), on the Maryland State Legislative Committee and was a judge on the AACAR Realtors Arbitration Committee. She also served as secretary of the Anne Arundel County Homebuilders Association and as Land Use Chair of the Anne Arundel Trade Council. Ms. O'Meara served on the Steering Committee for Arundel Habitat for Humanity and is a former member of the Junior League of Annapolis. She graduated in the first class of Leadership Anne Arundel. Ms. O'Meara graduated from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mr. Posko is the President and CEO of Humanim, Inc., of Columbia, Maryland, a large not-for-profit organization which provides a broad range of clinical and vocational human services to over 4,000 children, adults and older adults. Mr. Posko has spent twenty-five years as CEO of Humanim. Mr. Posko is a former Chairman of the Board of Maryland Works, Leadership Maryland and the Howard County Association of Community Services. He is a 2006 graduate of "The Leadership" of the Greater Baltimore Committee and a graduate of Leadership Maryland and Leadership Howard County. In the last ten years, Mr. Posko has been recognized as the Humanitarian of the Year in Howard County, awarded the Maryland SBA Welfare to Work Employer of the Year, named Leadership Howard County's Distinguished Alumni and was awarded Leadership Maryland's Outstanding Leader of the Year. Mr. Posko is a graduate of Prince George's Community College and the University of Baltimore where he received a Bachelor Arts in Psychology. He earned his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola College.

Mr. Strickland is the founding partner of Sidney L. Strickland, Jr. & Associates, PLLC, in Bowie, Maryland. Mr. Strickland is an experienced attorney specializing in surface transportation issues before various Federal Government agencies, including the U.S. Surface Transportation Board, and various components of the U.S. Department of Transportation. He is a former Secretary of the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC), former Associate Director of the ICC's enforcement arm, trial attorney with the ICC's Office of the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel of BNSF Railway Company. Mr. Strickland graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis.

Mr. White co-founded the Mid-Atlantic Collision Repair Organization (MACRO) in 1997. Through MACRO, collision repair owners share resources and information on best practices. Mr. White, through his participation in MACRO, serves as an effective liaison between area collision repair businesses and insurance companies. The global Fortune 500 company "Akzo Nobel" named Mr. White "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2000 for his contributions to the industry through MACRO. He is currently involved in launching Resource Services Management; a consulting group focused on assisting small collision repair companies with their accounting, payroll, and office management practices.

Prior to establishing Argosy International, LLC, Mr. Yocum's credentials include his seven-year tenure as Chairman with Vistage, the world's largest CEO membership organization. Mr. Yocum held executive positions with McCormick & Company, PHH Group, and Waverly Incorporated. He has served as part-time faculty member of the Johns Hopkins University, teaching courses in Leadership and in Organization Development. Mr. Yocum graduated from Towson State University. He received his Master's degree in organization development from the American University. He performed his doctoral work at the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, California.
