Andrew F. Flott

Mr. Flott is president and CEO of Revere Bank. He is a seasoned banker with over 24 years of community banking experience. Before joining Revere Bank, Mr. Flott spent nine years as executive vice president, chief financial officer, chief administrative officer and corporate secretary of Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mr. Flott has also served as an executive officer of the Bank of Northern Virginia, Maryland Permanent Bank, and First Interstate Bank of Washington, DC. Prior to commencing his career in banking, Mr. Flott worked for the United States Treasury Department. He currently serves on the Laurel Regional Hospital Foundation Board and the Citizens Advisory Board of the John Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescence. He is the deputy chair for finance of the Enterprise District of the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Flott is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and the Bethesda Kiwanis Foundation. He graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin with a controllership degree.
