Richard D. Hooper

Mr. Hooper is a managing member of MJR LLC, the general partner of First BanCapital Fund I, LP (www.firstbancapitalfund.com). Mr. Hooper has over 20 years of private industry and banking experience. From 1996 until 2000, he served as the chief financial officer of STC Technologies, a privately held, life science company in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. During 2001, Mr. Hooper served as the chief financial officer of Orasure Technologies, Inc. From 2001 until 2005, he served as the vice president of finance of Orasure Technologies, Inc. In 2005, Mr. Hooper served as a consultant to Team Capital Bank, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. From 1993 until 1996, he served as a vice president of Corporate Lending for PNC Bank in Allentown, Pennsylvania. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Hooper was a corporate lending officer with First Valley Bank. Mr. Hooper graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University.
